The old non energy efficient light bulbs are those from the past, the lights that made all of us to pay much more money to the electrical companies. Electrical was a blessing, but.. it got way to expensive and many families couln't afford it every month.

I some of these lights saved at my garage. It is kind of nice to own older lights.
Yes, they are great but they get really hot while on.
I still use those lights at my home basement because I turn them on for short period of time and they last forever.
Those lights type last a long time before they get burned.
Probable they pay their price when providing good light at night.
