Cheapest stuff is not always the best cheap buy! I rather to buy what i'm comfortable even if it costs much more on the price.

I think this guy was blessed because at least he got access to buy some shoes for the road, others can't buy food and less luxury stuff like boots.
I kind of agree the poorness at those countries, but we are talking abut the U.S. I can't have a strait opinion about shoes and less about leather or fake leather boots, because i never had a pair of those footwear.
