I can't stop writing about horror houses that hit the tv and movie screens, the physical properties with an impulsive destiny .of this house with a exposure over so many years ago when it was made by colonials in the United States of America.
Never not overestimate physical properties or historic and antiquated house.

legendary home where Ronald DeFeo murdered his family as they slept in 1974 & then in 1977, George & Kathleen Lutz & kids spent 28 hellish days @ which spawned bestselling Jay Anson book "The Amityville Horror A True Story" & several scary movies about supernatural happenings @ the house which changed from 112 Ocean Ave to 108 Ocean Ave & has had several owners since 1977 & now currently for sale AGAIN. There were 2 very scary movies based on this house and what happened there: 
A very scary movie  to watch " The Amityville Horror " 1979 American supernatural horror film based on the bestselling 1977 novel of the same name by Jay Anson and The Amityville Horror movie true story about George and Kathleen made in 2005 and that such a movie still remains as one of the best horror movie to watch.
