I guess I am not the only clumsy one in our family after all! My husband went outside to check the mail and fell down our porch stairs! Thank goodness we are both okay. Both of us got some scrapes and scuffs the last couple of days, but we are tough cookies!

I do the best that I can every day which may not perfect nor good enough for some but with all that is in me I can stop for a second to reflect on how hard I have tried in life and for all the efforts I have made to make many beyond happy and pleased with me. If you feel that I have failed you in any way, then that's on YOU. There is NOT ONE PERSON who doesn't mess up even when they do try, but if my trying and wanting to see things for the good of others has not met 'your standards' then please look to someone else who can make all you want so much easier and happier for you. I can't and won't beat myself when how I live life isn't good enough in the eyes of others.

I seriously have no clue how I ended up with such a spectacular one-of-a-kind husband. But, I do know now that I believe in miracles because he is one. MUAH! Mu Ah!

Oh how I will miss my Daddy's home-cooked meals! His specialties were Sausage gravy, homemade sausage egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast, AMAZING Rib eye steaks, shrimp, and brats on the grill, his special copycat recipe for Popeye's chicken, his most delicious Turkey and Chicken pot pies, homemade fries, Chinese Stir Fry with cashews, spaghetti from scratch (even the pasta was homemade )... He was an excellent cook! I love and miss him so much.
