I use the Jif creamy peanut butter sandwich on the white bread, the Grilled Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich, to be exact. The ingredients are: Creamy peanut butter, land o, jelly, sandwich bread.

I you ask that question to my wife, her answer will be:
No thanks I’ll make mine the old fashioned way without artificial flavoring and preservatives and who knows what else is in that frosting mix...
By the way, she learned that from her father who was a master cook guy and he always thought that the recipes must original and done start from scratch.

I have the Chocolate frosting and peanut butter. Tasted like a Reeses and I usually eat them all. By the way, I'm not into microwaving plastic, but that recipe sounds good to me.

There are several types of frosting, i this answer i got some options online that might help someone on their try of making their frosting.  
Lets say you chose to make of of these two: The Italian meringue or confectioners 'frosting, you can simply add enough (cooled ) melted chocolate or cocoa powder (sifted to remove lumps, add some sugar if you love the taste of sweetness and you don't suffer of diabetics disease or so) until it tastes good to you. On the recipe in this post, where the person suggests of adding peanut butter, then if you chose that one, don't add any sugar or honey bee.

It's called "Fudge even a husband can make it"! 
It's even better with chocolate fudge frosting, and chunky Peanut Butter. Yum. 
I don't use artificial stuff either.
