Book Of Likes Faces

So, maybe I’m the hateful neighbor. I haven’t really said too much, but about ready to let it all fly. One neighbor (few houses down) has a dog they just let out the front door to go to the bathroom. It digs in one of my flower beds and really angers the dogs IN MY HOUSE. Marion has a leash law folks... another neighbor rents and obviously has no respect for the house/yard where they live, let alone anyone else’s. About fed up.
