After getting an oil change recently, they recommended that my air filter and cabin air filter needed to be replaced. After seeing what they wanted to charge I double checked with my husband and he said we could do it ourselves. He ordered the filters and they sat around for a month or 2 waiting for him to get around to it. Since I'm somewhat handy and my 1 year old was with my in-laws, I decided to do it myself. I watched some YouTube videos, and was on a mission! It was fairly easy and saved us over $100 in labor. Knowing he had a cabin air filter for his vehicle sitting in the garage for months, I decided to tackle that as well so I ended up saving over $150 woot!
