I think I understand it more now when I hear, “Ignorance is bliss” and “Some poor, phoneless fool is probably sitting next to a waterfall somewhere totally unaware of how angry and scared he’s supposed to be.” Those who know, don't talk about it. Those who don't know, won't stop talking about it. They are a true reflection more thanever before about our connection to the outside world. Like, do we supposed to really be constantly fearing sickness, war, recession, etc. that we read, see, and hear on the news and social media? It causes so much division and stress. My elderly neighbor today was yelling out to everyone, “Are you prepared for WW3 because this is just the beginning!”. That did not make me scared, but made me ANGRY that he like many others is encouraging others to live in a perpetual state of fear instead of seeing the beauty of life. We as a society caused this by always wanting more power and control by increasing technology. I admit, I do like a Netflix binge every once in awhile to distract from some realities Lol, but i still do believe that life is all about love and harmony. ❤
