The responsibilities are:

The qualified person on the job will be responsible for the overall cleaning and appearance of the community models and vacant readies, in addition to the public access areas utilized by current and/or prospective residents.

The Job Duties are:
1- Cleaning the office, the clubhouse, all public access areas and models as directed. This work includes but it is not limited to mopping floors, dusting tables, chairs, walls, and vacuuming and trash removal all the times.

2 - The worker will have to clean apartments completely after move-out or make ready in order to prepare for new residents in a clean apartment.

3 - The worker must keeps model units and public access areas clean and maintains these areas, neat place.

4 - The person on the job is in charge to Monitoring and making reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies.

5 - The worker must maintain the housekeeping storage room in a neat and organized fashion.

6 - responsible to reports any maintenance concerns or repairs in unoccupied apartments, the models, the clubhouse and/or common areas to the Service Manager.

7 - The worker must provides assistance to maintenance staff and other staff members when they require it and need it.

7 - Must maintain open communication with Community Director and Service Manager at all the times.

8 - the workers represents the company in a professional manner at all times (dress properly).

Other Job Functions:

Must assist with clean-up at resident functions.

Must deliver various communications to residents as needed.

Must attends and participates in training seminars as requested.

Could be required to drive motorized vehicle to run errands and/or pick up supplies sometimes.

To perform other duties as assigned (further notice).

The main Skills and Abilities as well of the Experience:

A - A High school diploma education or equivalent.

B - An excellent communication and organizational skills.

C - At least one year of experience of doing similar duties is preferred (important).

· The Housekeeper may work non-traditional hours, to include evenings or weekends in order to complete work. Employer may also require employees to attend company meetings and training programs; may require additional travel outside of assigned community.

· Property employees are required to comply with the company uniform policy. A copy of the uniform policy is provided on the first day of company employment.
