When i run into this gorgeous land farm for sale, i thought that this ad was a joke. It happen that the owner is old and tired and he can't take care of the land anymore, he wants to slowdown the job and retire, i guess.

It really means it all needs to be paid at once not installments or small payments at all. But, if the buyer brings an amount of three quarters the price then the deal could happen because that amount is going to be considered as a down payment for this property on sale.
