My favorite Spooky Season Comfort Food !

My personal Pork chops recipe:
 
Season your pork chops, I use garlic and onion powder, kinders the blend, all purpose and buttery steakhouse on both sides. Spoonful of real butter and dash of oil on medium heat. Put your pork chops in and let them get brown on both sides only flipping once. Take your pork chops out and save the grease.

My Porkchops gravy recipe:

After saving the grease lower your heat to medium low. Add a spoonful of SR flour, and whisk until smooth and add in your whole milk little at a time. Whisk constantly. After it starts to thicken take off the burner. Add salt and pepper.

My personal mashed potatoes recipe:

I only use Russet potatoes. Peel your taters to your size desired put in pot and rinse them until water is clear. Boil on high until they start to get soft.You don’t want them so soft they fall apart though! Drain and add to large bowl. Using your preferred kind of masher to mash the potatoes to your desired consistency. Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 1/2 cup of whole milk, 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese, chives, salt, and pepper. After serving, pour your gravy over them!
