Hot Sauces In The Refrigerator Abandoned

My fridge has pretty much been abandoned since the beginning of Covid-19 a year ago so therefore I am stuck with all of these bottles of delicious high quality hot sauces! I am unsure of what to do with my hot sauce problem but it is make feel fired up and spicy to think of them going to waste. What should I do?

Cool stuff, but it is all expired and it is good only for the record on what brands were consumed by people at that particular past time.
These hot sauces were very good brands and some still remain on business.
They look so well organized by someone that practically collected them inside their refrigerator or freezer, as some people call it.
Don't throw any of them away, I'll take some of those!
