What Is Your Favorite Cheese And Why, People?

To celebrate National Cheese Day in the United States, just a few days and I would like to know what is your favorite cheese, if you prefer any? Just for you to know, mine is x-sharp cheddar (I eat it alone, in the green salad, with pizza, with bread, in the pasta, with the soup and so on.
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
My wife has chosen the English Huntsman cheese, she said that it's a wheel of cheese with Stilton in the middle and sharp cheddar on the outside. For her, it is just fabulously good!

  • I love all cheese! ...except for brie and ricotta. They don't seem to have any flavor to me.

  • So many.... but I’ll have to go with smoked Gouda and as a second place, i will eat Drunken goat cheese is amazing.

  • I purchased some "12 years aged" cheddar a couple of weeks ago. It was heavenly (if you like really sharp cheese).

  • White cheeses are most palatable to me. I know Annetto cheeses are used for color but mild cheese like mozzarella and provolone are favorites.

     Oooh I loooove mozzarella! Or baby Swiss! Or provolone! Or mild cheddar! Or Gouda is a sweet, creamy, yellow cow's milk cheese originating from the Netherlands! Oooh ya, Gouda is delicious and amazing food.
    I purchased some "12 years aged" cheddar a couple of weeks ago. It was heavenly (if you like really sharp cheese).

  • There is no one answer for me...I love cheese. So, it depends what I’m eating it with or not eating it with. On burgers - x-sharp cheddar, steak - blue cheese, bologna- American or Sharp American (Cooper), On nachos Mexican mix...etc...lol

  • I love all cheese except chocolate cheese.
    The sharpest cheddar you can get!!! 
    Have you ever tried Corbet seriously white sharp cheddar cheese, it is delicious!!

  • It depends on how I am eating it, and what with. I loved the Raclette that I found in Europe with the cheese melted on top of a ham and cheese baguette or on top of mini roasted potatoes. Brie is my favorite elevated snacking cheese, and I prefer Havarti cheese on a sandwich, but cheddar is a must for a burger even if it is a veggie burger.

  • I once purchased a cheese called  Cheddarella. It was a cheddar mozzarella mix similar to Colby Jack. After I moved from the area that sold it, I have not been able to find it since.

  • i love all cheese, well mostly - my sister used to go to idk a health store or something and they had all kinds of different cheese there - and he would bring some back for me to see if i liked it - this went on for idk at least a year and i was loving all the cheese then one day he brought some with cranberries in - nope did not like it (i don't like cranberries) so that was the end he found one i didn't like and so i didn't get any more cheese oh but the very best cheese is cheesecake lol

  • Extra extra sharp cheese from Vermont or New York.
    Also, I like the Black Diamond extra sharp cheddar, but I like all kinds sometimes.

  • To me, all depends on my mood. I like extra sharp cheddar, but I like Munster and American. Depends on what I’m making. I think American or Velveeta best for grilled cheese. Like a blend of cheeses for Mac n cheese.
