Book Of Likes

I am going to tell you about a paranormal incident in my home. I have been posting anonymously until today. My ex husband and I had been in this house for about 2 years when this happened. We were down in the basement watching TV one evening and I came upstairs to make popcorn. I got the popper going and decided to run to the bathroom real quick. As I was going down the hall a man stepped out of an empty bedroom. He had his head down like he was reading a book or something but he wasn't holding a book. I immediately thought it was my husband because even though I couldn't see his face it was definitely him! Then I noticed he was wearing a green striped shirt and green pants the exact same clothes he was wearing the day I met him in 1976. So I knew it wasn't him lol. Those clothes were long long gone. I said who are you and he looked up and had a completely shocked look on his face then poof! He vanished. It was definitely my husband's face. I was a little rattled but I got the popcorn and drinks and went back downstairs. He could tell something had happened so I told him. He was more rattled than I was lol. And by the way I didn't realize it until later but the bedroom door was closed so he walked through it. It never happened again.

Talk about lessons learned . Never rent to a friend or acquaintance or someone with a pitty story because believe you me, the people trying don’t ask for a hand out because it will cost you so much more than the loss of a friend. The disrespect of not adhering to a no animal rule cost 600 in pest control to rid the fleas , the bugs and trash removal almost a grand , the fact that I rented my house out furnished as well as providing water electric was so dumb of me. Not only did rent not yet paid but all the bills went up by 300 plus dollars a month and things were ruined. Disappeared or so gross now I have to throw it out. Appliances I had to replace - fridge, oven, dryer, toaster, insta pot ( anything with cords ) all my glasses are broken and I have hardly any matching plates. Beds and bedding ( some that was brand new in opened and she took it upon herself to open and ruined but smoking on or staining clothing - like fore real she took my clothes I had ( in my room area that was suppose to be off limits ) not to mention her sleeping in there when it’s suppose to be just a studio. My concrete stairs are busted from her backing into them, Also I had to physically pack and mover her things out myself … Anyone who knows me knows how hard I’ve worked on my home. I opened it up thinking I was helping someone in need and to lesson my financial blow while having a baby and it ended up being hell.

Today hurts. I don't know if it's my arthritis or something else, but something hurts. However, if I laid in bed and cried every time something hurt I'd be there a lot of the time period so I showered and got my clothes on and got out. It doesn't make me a super hero, but a team of amazing rugby players, The Nashville Grizzlies RFC , says it does. So I'm gonna try to earn the title.
