Here's my idea that I've been thinking about for a while: A females only planned community. Women of any age can move in. You buy your plot of land and you build whatever kind of house you want - you want a tiny house? A sprawling Gothic Victorian painted completely black? A mid-century modern decorated to look like a Barbie dream house? All ok. You are only limited by your imagination and your budget. There are no HOA rules other than keeping your yard looking nice, but if you want stone, grass, wildflowers; it's up to you. It's a gated, secure neighborhood so if you want to go for a walk at 2 a.m. in your bathrobe, you absolutely can. There is a community fee and community buildings (like a roller rink) for awesome planned activities. Every first Saturday and third Saturday is dance club nights. The second and fourth Saturday mornings are Cap'n Crunch eaten in a giant blanket fort while watching cartoons. Flashlight tag every Friday. If you get sick, the casserole brigade will bring you food and tissues. If you need an emergency contact, we have a phone tree. If you want a break from socializing, put the "alone time" sign up in your window. We will also celebrate all of the holidays. Halloween will be an epic bash ending with a screening of Practical Magic and midnight margaritas. Thanksgiving will have plenty of folks who can't or won't celebrate with family. Christmas, Hanukkah, Diwali - you name it, we will celebrate it. Expected attire for the neighborhood is, again, whatever you want. You never want to wear a bra again? Fine. You want to wear a push up bra and stilettos? Fine. You want to walk your dogs wearing a ballgown and a tiara? Awesome!

I have been seeing this guy for less than a year. We were engaged and took a little break and working on being with each other again. He told his kids that the reason why we broke up is because I'm a "gold digger and would be embarrassed to be seen with me again". That's NOT why we took a break. We were engaged and I wasn't ready to take the step. I asked that we put that on pause and work on the relationship and ourselves more before we get married. He is clinically diagnosed as bipolar and manic depressive. He is on meds now and I thought things were getting better. I want him on the meds for a year before I say "I do". Yet, he is telling me he loves me, we are getting our kids together, he is helping me with chores around the house and things that I need and doing family things together again. I thought we were going in the right direction. I just found this info out from one of his kids over the weekend and I'm really hurt by this. I am NOT a gold digger. He wanted to take care of me when I needed it. I can stand on my own and learning independence again. He is painting me in a bad light with his kids and things are weird now. I really do care about him and I could see a future with him. That's why I want to work on things with him. But now, I really don't know what to do. It's really hurtful to hear this nugget of information. I don't know how to bring this up to him without throwing his kid under the bus because there would be no way of me knowing this without hearing it from the kid. ALSO-I have decided to start my own business and need help putting it together like building things and extra muscle. He said he wants to help me be successful. I ask for his help and he complains about doing "chores" for me and if I don't pleasure his needs, he isn't happy and that I'm using him and that he needs someone better than me to give into his needs.

I'm sitting here this 4th of July evening with a heavy mind and heart. These last few days have been so chaotic!! We had to move from where we were, and was told that she had spoken with the sheriffs department, and because we didnt pay rent, she could legally kick us out then, and that we had to leave. Which in all actuality, that was a bold faced lie because we had lived there for over a year so we had 30 days from the time we were told we had to be out. We were originally told that we had until the 30th to be out. Being as niave as I am, I took it for face value. She was however "nice enough" to give me until Wednesday @ 12 to be out so I would have a storage building to put ally furniture and things in. So frantically I pack the rest of my stuff, amd I'm able to get ally furniture out. My daughters and I spent all Tuesday and yesterday packing, and hauling things to our storage building, and to my mothers. My oldest 2 children were up over 24 hours, and I was up for 36 hours in total until I was able to sleep. My in-laws, amd my mother even allowed us to use their vehicles to pack things in your get out stuff outta there. Trying to save time, I sat things outside my stotage building knowing Y would be right back with another load. While i was gone, there there was a phone call made to the sheriff's department, and that point that's when I was told that what she was trying to do was illegal. There was an officer that showed up, and things were settled, and I had until 3 the next days to get the test of my stuff, and also clean the floors, and wipe everything down so I left it how it was when we moved in. When I made it back to my storage building someone had stolen practically all the stuff I had left. There was probably $300 of makeup, a whole garbage bag full of practically all our shoes, two electric heaters, $300 worth medical stuff, $375 worth of art supplies and coloring books, and a laundry basket full of irreplacable items.
