The best thing about being stuck at home all of the time is that it gives you time to think. The worst thing about being stuck at home all of the time is that it gives you time to think. It is a double edged sword indeed, and it reminds me of one of my favorite Dr. Seuss quotes, "Think left and think right and think low and think high. Oh, the thinks you can think up if only you try!"

Okay, so we all know I am a foodie. Not in any posh way - I just LOVE food. :) Everything about it... cooking, talking, baking, sharing (foods and recipes), eating, history, discovery, heritage, and so on and so forth. However, I abhor raisins and cannot tolerate anise. Other of my my most favorite flavors are chocolate, bacon, cilantro (and culantro too), lemon grass, basil, and GARLIC Mmmm. My very least favorite flavors, besides anise, are fennel, any kind of processed liver pate (bleck!), and hominy.
