You know what I miss on the east coast? Renting a kayak for half the day at Yorktown coast guard base for only $12. I can’t find prices like that anywhere else. Its always at least $25 an hour and up . $12 for HALF A DAY. I should probably consider buying a used one from marketplace if I can make room to store it.
