There was a time in my life when I could not get a job. After paying for a small room (utilities included) I had about 3 dollars a day for food. My parents who smoked were spending about $800 a month on cigarettes. Yet, while I was struggling, they never once helped me. I learned a lot from back then. I went to church surrounded by millionaires. Yet still no help. If I ever am able to win the lottery, my goal will be to share what I have with those that need it the most. I learned that there are too many people out there that project an image that is false. There are so many wealthy people that do not help the poor. They live in their million-dollar homes, drive their luxury cars and spend time on their yachts, yet they never help less fortunate people. After being homeless many times, going hungry, and struggling, I try to help less fortunate people because it seems no one else will.
