What's sad is I didn't have parents to stir me in the right direction but as a parent now how in the hell could you not??? I always wanted my kids to have so much more than what I had and i have fought tooth and nail to see that they had a better life than me.. I never had someone to hug me and say I love you.. i never had someone to push me in school.. My life has and will always be my kids and grandkids... how could a parent ever not push their kids to be somebody??? How could you ever just give up on your kids? Well I can't and I wont as long as there is a breath in my body i will always show and tell my kiddos how much I love them and not let them give up!

I am on day 8 of a juice fast and It is the easiest fast I’ve done of any other juice fast I’ve done. No hunger pains, discomfort, nothing. But I want to share one tid bit. When I am fasting I don’t only pay attention to what I put in my body but also what I put ON my body. I am already an all natural skincare products girlie but when fasting I am extra vigilant. Sometimes I let stuff slide but not when fasting. You are detoxing. Your skin is the largest organ on your body and it ABSORBS everything you put on it into your body. If it was made in a lab it does not go on my skin. If you can’t get it from nature it does not go on my skin. If it isn’t a whole product it does not go on my skin. If I can’t read the ingredients and understand exactly which Ingredient is it does not go on my skin. It does not go on my skin, it does not go in my mouth (toothpaste), it does not go in my hair… I just wanted to share that because I don’t think people generally think about that.
