I have been eating “clean” for a couple of weeks now and it’s amazing how much better I feel. The biggest change is that I’m not struggling to get out of the bed in the morning...it’s so nice to not feel like I’ve been ran over and be running late on the daily. High protein, low fat, low carb, 100+oz of water per day and hitting the gym. It’s 100% mind over matter. I get up every day and I choose me and my health. Its been a yo-yo time when it comes to my weight, but, I’m not quitting on MYSELF ever again! #loveyourbody
