The black spiritual community is toxic, actually most communities I have learned over the past 8 years are toxic. I don’t care what subject of community it is, you enter and it’s gate keeping, egos, delusions and confusions. I have learned to simply just live, be myself and connect and form bonds with individuals that are relatable to what aligns with me. But them communities? Stay OUT. Unless that’s your kind of thing. I think the benefit that these communities had for me was when I dipped in them I made friends with select few dipped out and still have some of these people as great friends.
