For the last few weeks I have been listening to the song 'Know That You Are Loved' on repeat every night before I go to bed and sometimes in the morning when I wake up because it really is a mantra and I feel it is a very powerful one that will really shift energy. Because the fact is that you ARE some where on this earth and for certainly in this spirit realm and you should never go to sleep thinking or feeling otherwise and you should always start your day feeling and knowing that. The peace and surety this song engulfs around me is like none other and that’s why I keep listening to it.
