I can feel my neighbor's boom boom music in my bones and my ear drums are pounding. From one who can hear all the electrical plugs buzzing and water moving through pipes… as well as floor boards and door knobs through a fan ear plugs AND white noise...Ouch, This really hurts and has wiped out all my motivation to have a good productive day I just want to sit in a dark quiet room now. Just wanted to moan about it to people who would understand the feeling of being squashed/suffocated by noise.

I relate to this SO HARD. really low pitched noises and really high pitched noises completely scramble my brain and piss me off immediately. bass booms are the worst bc they happen so frequently AND it’s being controlled by a person who literally could, like, just not do that and be considerate.
